"Move It or Lose It" Senior Exercise Class

If you're 50+, you're encouraged to join our new exercise class which meets weekly on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. in the MPC. Exercise can increase joint mobility, help alleviate pain, and improve balance, along with strengthening your heart, lowering blood pressure, and elevating your mood. Cost is $10/month.
