"Move It or Lose It" Senior Exercise Class
Mondays & Wednesdays
If you're 50+, you're encouraged to join our new exercise class which meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. in the Summit. Exercise can increase joint mobility, help alleviate pain, and improve balance, along with strengthening your heart, lowering blood pressure, and elevating your mood. Cost: $2.50/class or $10 per month for 1 day/week, $20 per month for both days. Come join the fun! (Dresses, heels, and neckties are optional!) Call the church office to sign up: 512-345-3771.
