Let's use America's birthday to get to know our neighbors! Here's how.
Find out if your neighborhood has a community event to join. If they're looking for volunteers to help, sign up! This should not be just a symphony performance or fireworks show. This should be an event designed to interact with neighbors.
If your community has no such plan, schedule a street party in your own front yard or apartment commons sometime July 1-4.
By June 25, tell us how you plan to celebrate with your neighbors:
How I plan to celebrateDuring the service on Sunday, June 28, we'll report your plans to the church and give you some "party packets" to use at your gathering.
Wednesday, July 22, 6:00pm, Room A-161
