Please bring fillable plastic Easter eggs to the church office by March 3

It’s egg collecting time!  I know it seems early, but the early bird gets the worm!  We will be having our Easter Egg hunt on Palm Sunday, March 24.  In order to reduce the number of plastic eggs that we have to buy, I’m asking everyone to donate leftover eggs that you may have around the house.  You may also feel free to buy a bag and bring it by the church office.  Please do so by March 3rd so I will have time to place an order for any remaining needs.  If you can help fill eggs between now and Palm Sunday, please let me know: diane@hillcrest.church. Kairos Prison Ministry - Thank You!

Kairos Prison Ministry - Thank You!

In March Pastor Tom and Jim Steed participated in the Kairos Weekend
From the Kairos Weekend Leaders:
Many come to the Kairos weekend with a poor understanding of Who God is, and what He offers to those who love Him. Your gifts enabled our new “Brothers in White” to feel the love of the Lord and to truly experience Christian love, many for the first time ever. There were many who rededicated their life to Him. All of them were blessed by this time together and came away with some tools that they can use as they seek to make necessary and meaningful changes in their lives.
The good news of Jesus Christ was shared with 43 brothers in white, many who came with trepidation and anxiety, but who left knowing God the Father, His Son and the Holy Spirit. They found a gift that they all needed in their lives, and we - the team members -were able to witness God’s mighty hand as He worked in their lives.
